Florida ends first half at LSU with incredible Hail Mary

Florida was struggling mightily in Baton Rouge against LSU on Saturday, trailing 21-6 with only 5 seconds to go in the first half.
However, that was more than enough time to get off one last play, which ended up being a Hail Mary attempt.
And, as you can see below, the Gators’ prayers were answered, as Justin Shorter came down with this 42-yard bomb from QB Emory Jones:

Obviously, the Gators still have plenty of problems, as they trail 21-13 now instead of 21-6. But, perhaps that momentum will carry over into the second half.
Meanwhile, that’s an awful look for an LSU defense that has struggled all year long.
