Former Florida commit Josh Griffis commits to rival Florida State

Former Florida commit Josh Griffis has committed to Florida State. Griffis decommitted from Florida about two months ago, and now, he’s a Seminole.
Griffis recently visited FSU’s campus, and he pledged his commitment prior to leaving campus.
The Gators received a commitment from Griffis in September of 2017, and it appears now that he’ll play against UF in the future as a Nole. The Bradenton, Florida, native is rated a 3-star prospect and ranks as the nation’s No. 26 WDE and the state of Florida’s No. 93 overall prospect, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Griffis was an under-the-radar prospect until this off-season, where he’s starred at several camps. Schools started to take notice, and then, he decided to decommit from UF.
