Former Mizzou running back Larry Rountree is having a big day Sunday for the LA Chargers. The former Tigers running back, who was the 6th round draft pick of the Chargers, has finally scored the first touchdown of his NFL career, which is great.

Rountree’s reaction after he scored, however, was even better. As you can see in the video, Rountree had been waiting for this moment for a while.

When Rountree left Mizzou for the NFL, he was one of the top running backs in the school’s history.

As a senior in 2020, he rushed for 972 yards, becoming the Tigers’ all-time leading rusher with 3,720 yards.
