What do you buy to commemorate a 10-year anniversary for the five-time national champion coach in your life who has it all?
A golf bag and a personalized golf club, apparently.
According to Alabama beat writer Charlie Potter, that’s what Alabama coach Nick Saban received from a group of his former players over A-Day weekend.
Saban said a group of about 40 former Alabama players gathered to give him a golf bag and personalized club last night.

Roughly 40 former players were in on the gift, and they gathered to present it to Saban prior to his 10th A-Day spring game with the Crimson Tide.
Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram shared a photo of the presentation, which happened on Friday night:

The turnout from so many of the players from his past really runs against the narrative of a hardened, unlikable coach that opposing fans sometimes try to perpetuate. It’s clear that Nick Saban loves his players, and they love him back.
