Fresh off title win, North Carolina star point guard Joel Berry II wants to meet Nick Saban

While it’s customary for American sports champions to make a visit to the White House to honor their achievements, North Carolina point guard Joel Berry II has another meeting on his mind following the Tar Heels title game win over Gonzaga.
The MVP of the 71-65 championship win recently tweeted out his desire to meet with Alabama head coach Nick Saban.

Looks like Berry may get his wish, as the official Alabama Football Twitter page took notice to his request.

Who knows, maybe meeting Saban will become an annual tradition for college champions around the nation.
