A Georgia football player is facing legal issues. Athens-Clarke County jail booking records show that London Seymour is facing 131 felony counts of criminal property damage.

A Georgia legacy, Seymour was a member of the 2025 recruiting class. He made an appearance in 1 game, UGA’s win over Marshall. He is the son of former Bulldog great Richard Seymour.

The online records indicate that Seymour was booked into jail at 9:44 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29. He bonded out at 10:57 p.m. The jail log page does not offer any incident details or explain why the count is 131.

Seymour is out of Suwanee (Georgia) North Gwinnett High School. He joined Georgia as a walk-on over scholarship offers from 7 programs, including Boston College and Colorado. As a recruit, Seymour was rated 3-stars, the No. 136 defensive lineman, No. 149 player in the state of Georgia and No. 1,325 prospect overall in the Class of 2025 on the 247Sports Composite.

Richard Seymour had a decorated career at Georgia and in the NFL. He was a 2-time first-team All-SEC selection before being selected No. 6 overall in the 2001 NFL Draft. He won 3 Super Bowls with the New England Patriots and named first-team All-Pro 3 times (2003-05). Seymour finished his NFL career with the Oakland Raiders from 2009-12.
