Although the Georgia Bulldogs have wrapped up the SEC East, they are still working to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff. They would like to go into the CFP as the No. 1 seed, but in order to do that, they need to win out.
This coming Saturday, the Dawgs will face a familiar foe, the Tennessee Volunteers. Last year, the Dawgs defeated the Vols, 44-21, but this is a different Tennessee team. This Vols team stayed close to Alabama into the fourth quarter of their game and defeated ranked Kentucky, 45-42.
Defeating the Vols won’t be easy, but no game in the SEC rarely is. Ahead of Saturday’s game, Georgia name its team captains they are: James Cook, Quay Walker and Nakobe Dean.
