Internet hilariously unloads on Danny Kanell’s on-air outfit
By Kevin Duffey
Published:
Danny Kanell appeared on the broadcast during the Georgia vs. Penn State game wearing a sharp, black turtleneck under his jacket. He immediately joked on-air about his outfit with colleagues Adnan Virk and Joey Galloway. It didn’t end there.
As you’d expect, the Twitter reaction was strong. Essentially, it’s the best college football related Twitter storm since, well, the fantastic Stanford heckler yesterday.

Why does Kanell look like a villain in a bad spy movie? He should be holding a tabby cat sinisterly. pic.twitter.com/p2T677kM3k

Update: today's highlight has been people destroying Danny Kanell's turtleneck during halftime.

Kanell held strong and shot back at the internet mob:
Ahhhhh the irony of getting your fashion ripped on by a bunch of dudes sitting on their couch. In sweats. Alone.
