Jack Podlesny, Georgia’s kicker, has made his decision about next season, as he accepted an invitation to play in the Hula Bowl in Orlando, which is set for Jan. 14.
The Hula Bowl is an event where all NFL, XFL, USFL and CFL teams will be represented by top scout players during Hula Bowl week, as 100 of the top senior athletes will be selected to play at the Hula Bowl.
Podlesny was the first-team All-SEC kicker after a regular season and SEC Championship when he’s made 23 of 26 FG attempts this season, is 61-for-61 on PAT kicks, and 73 of his 91 kickoffs have resulted in either touchback or a fair catch.
His career high for field goals in a game came twice this season with 4 each against Samford and Missouri.
Podlesny and Georgia will take on Ohio State in the College Football Playoff Peach Bowl Semifinal at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday in Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
