Jerome Ford will be suiting up in the fall.

Ford left Alabama this offseason following his redshirt freshman season after rushing for 151 yards and three touchdowns in eight appearances for the Crimson Tide.

Not long after leaving Nick Saban’s program, Ford announced he was transferring to Cincinnati. Now, according to Chad Brendel of Bearcat Journal, Ford has been granted immediate eligibility to hit the field for the Bearcats in 2020.

Coming out of Armwood High School in Ford was rated as the No. 12 all-purpose running back in the nation in the 2018 recruiting class.

Considering his level of talent, there’s a good bet Ford sees the field early and often for the Bearcats come the fall.
