One stat shows just how impressive Joe Burrow’s start to the season has been in LSU’s new offense

If you aren’t buying the Joe Burrow Heisman Trophy hype, it’s time to get on board before you get left completely behind.
Just how impressive has the senior been to start the season? His numbers have not been matched by an SEC signal-caller in the previous 20 seasons of play.
According to the SEC Network, Burrow is the first quarterback to complete 83 percent of his passes and have over 1,100 passing yards in the first three weeks of the season in 20 years.
If that doesn’t impress you, not much will at this point.

LSU is set to open conference play this weekend at Vanderbilt with Burrow looking to continue his assault on the league’s passing marks as the season marches on this fall.
