Kentucky just landed another big commitment from within the state’s borders as Bowling Green tight end prospect Jordan Dingle just announced his commitment to Mark Stoops’ program during an appearance on Kentucky Sports Radio.

The 6-foot-4, 235-pound Dingle is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 19 overall tight end recruit in the country in the 2021 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Dingle committed to Kentucky over scholarship offers from Arkansas, Purdue, Vanderbilt, among others. His pledge gives the Wildcats a total of 18 commitments in the 2021 recruiting cycle. The class currently ranks No. 10 in the SEC.

So why Kentucky?

“(Tight ends) Coach (Vince) Marrow is a strong person to be with to help develop me,” Dingle said after announcing his decision. “It played a big role with him personally recruiting me, that was a big role in it.”
