Joshua Miller, 6-5 and 320-pound former Penn State OL commit, flips to SEC program

Joshua Miller, a one-time Penn State offensive tackle commit, has flipped his commitment, and now plans to play in the SEC.

Miller, who is from Colonial Heights, Virginia (Life Christian Academy), has committed to Georgia. He is listed at 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, and has a reported 16 offers. He is rated the No. 11 player in the state of Virginia, and the No. 43 interior offensive lineman in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite. He committed to Penn State on Dec. 20.

Miller shared on social media that it wasn’t an easy decision to make, but after he listened to his heart and talked with those close to him, and added that he wanted to take his recruitment to another level.

Miller is the ninth commitment to join Georgia’s 2023 class. He is the third offensive lineman, joining Bo Hughley and Ryqueze McElderry.

“Honestly it’s a better opportunity for me and my family on and off the field and I felt more ‘at home’ when I was at UGA,” Miller told Rivals’ Richie Schnyderite.
