After a less-than-ideal start to his Kentucky career, QB Terry Wilson bounced back in a big way.

Against Florida, he combined for three touchdowns and led the Wildcats to a huge victory in The Swamp to snap a 31-year losing streak against the Gators.

However, Wilson knows he needs to continue improving, and on Tuesday, he said he thinks the biggest thing he needs to do is control his nerves.

The nation was introduced to Terry Wilson over the weekend and following his incredible breakout performance on the national stage, the honors continue to pile up for Kentucky’s new quarterback.

As if ending the 31-year losing streak to Florida wasn’t enough of a feat, Wilson has been named the Manning Award Quarterback of the Week following his game in the Swamp. Wilson completed 11 of 16 passes in the game for 151 yards and two scores. He also added another 105 yards on the ground and another touchdown rushing.
