Kentucky is going try to knock off No. 3 Tennessee in Neyland Stadium on Saturday and keep its hopes at winning the SEC East alive. And the Wildcats plan to look clean while they try to do it.
The program’s official Twitter account released this week’s uniforms, which will see the players wearing the blue UK helmets with the white jerseys, white pants and the blue numbers/stripes and checkerboard trim.

The checker pattern is the cause of a little bit of discussion amongst fans.
Had them in our end zone in 1930 then Tennessee decided they would use them in 1964. So get over it old man.

I can not wait for the day they stop wearing checkers

Hate them now, but if these uniforms get Kentucky a win over a top-five program, Big Blue Nation will learn to love them.
