When talking about the SEC, defensive ends are often the focus.

Whether it’s Tennessee’s Derek Barnett, Texas A&M’s Myles Garrett or LSU’s Arden Key, defensive ends are the stars of the conference.

However, one player may stand out above the rest when all is said and done.

Alabama LT Cam Robinson has faced all three of those star pass rushers and has only allowed one quarterback pressure in 77 pass protection plays:

Giving freshman QB Jalen Hurts time in the pocket is important for his development, and Robinson has done just that.

As Hurts gets better at making reads on passing plays, the Alabama offense will only continue to improve with Robinson blocking Hurts’ blind side.
