Kirk Herbstreit will be back in SEC country this weekend, joining the rest of the ESPN College GameDay crew at Neyland Stadium for the Florida Gators and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Herbstreit said the game brings back great memories of his early days with ESPN College GameDay.
“My first time on the road in the SEC was Florida with Danny Wuerffel on the road Peyton Manning and the Vols. Rain came down that day. Rocky Top was blaring…and then ol’ Danny Wuerffel on a fourth-down play in the first series…hits Reidel Anthony, touchdown Gators.”
We are so excited to be back in Knoxville for the first time since 2016 for the @GatorsFB vs @Vol_Football game! @CollegeGameDay starts at 9am ET!! Come early and bring your best signs! pic.twitter.com/iWaDQnNp8Y

The Volunteers are double-digit favorites and ranked 11th in the nation. But the Gators have won 16 of the past 17 games against their SEC East rival and done it in every fashion possible.
Is this the year that Tennessee will get over on Florida or will history rear its head again to the dismay of Big Orange Nation?
