Ole Miss reaches into Texas to land commitment from tight end Kyirin Heath
The Rebels look to have found their next great tight end as Lane Kiffin’s program reached into the state of Texas to land a commitment from Mansfield Legacy’s Kyirin Heath.
Heath announced his commitment to the Rebel program on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pound Texas native picked Ole Miss over scholarship offers from Liberty, Arkansas State, Marshall and Colorado State. At this time, Heath does not have a recruiting ranking listed by 247Sports Composite Rankings.
During his junior season at Mansfield Legacy, Heath caught seven touchdowns. Kiffin celebrated the news of Heath’s commitment with the following tweet:
Hotty Toddy! #ComeToTheSip
