LOOK: LSU announces jersey numbers for Joe Burrow, other newcomers

The 2018 season is rapidly approaching, so teams are taking care of some final details before players return to the practice fields in the coming weeks.
On Saturday, LSU announced some jersey numbers for key freshmen and graduate transfer QB Joe Burrow.
As you can see below, freshman WR Ja’Marr Chase and freshman DB Kelvin Joseph will both wear No. 1, Burrow will wear No. 9 and Stanford transfer DB Terrence Alexander will be in the No. 11 jersey:

The Tigers are counting on a lot of new players to make big impacts this fall, especially on the offensive side of the ball.
Whether or not some of these key players pan out will go a long way in deciding how many wins LSU will have in 2018.
