The LSU Tigers need some size entering the 2019-20 season, as they only have two players on the roster over 6-6.
On Monday, coach Will Wade added a JUCO big man, and he figures to be ready to contribute right away, or so the Tigers hope.
As you can see below, 6-10 JUCO center DeShawn Thomas announced via Instagram that he was heading to Baton Rouge:

Thomas has yet to receive a rating by any of the major recruiting services. He played last season at Florida SouthWestern State College.
Thomas averaged 6.9 points and 4.3 rebounds for Florida SouthWestern last season. What sort of role he carves out for the Tigers remains to be seen, but he’ll be the tallest player on the roster entering the new campaign.
