For someone who is at the center of a discussion about LSU’s head coaching job, Ed Orgeron, the Tigers’ interim coach, doesn’t sound too stressed.
Coming off a disappointing 16-10 loss to Florida on Saturday, Coach O said on Monday that he’s trying to leave the worrying up to those in charge of making the hire:
"Let the chips fall where they may," O said.

He said the only stress he’s feeling is about Saturday’s loss and getting ready to bounce back against Texas A&M on Thursday:
Orgeron: Woke up Sunday with hurt in belly, but coaches rallied and started to get ready for A&M game. #LSU

Even if Orgeron doesn’t land the full-time gig, he said he’s at peace with what he’s accomplished in his time with the Tigers:
"What a ride," O said on being interim coach so far. "It's been great. We played very well in most games. It's been fun. It's been great."
