Maryland player goes down, nearly causes pileup during pregame entrance

The Maryland Terrapins laid an egg on Friday night, losing at home to No. 12 Penn State by the embarrassing score of 59-0.
Signs were there even from the start of the night that the Terps would struggle, though, as they couldn’t even execute their pregame entrance correctly.
As you can see below, one Maryland player tripped and fell running onto the field, nearly causing a pileup:

A disaster was averted there, but the disaster came later on the field, as the Terps couldn’t do anything right.
Maybe next week, they’ll execute their pregame entrance better and have a little bit more success on the field.
