Mississippi State hosts Texas A&M Saturday in an SEC West battle. There will be plenty of maroon on the field Saturday at Davis Wade Stadium.

The Bulldogs revealed their uniform combo Saturday ahead of kickoff. Mike Leach’s squad will wear maroon helmets, traditional home maroon jerseys and gray pants.

Though the Bulldogs are unranked, they enter Saturday’s game as the betting favorite against No. 17 Texas A&M. ESPN’s Football Power Index, a simulation-based metric, also likes Mississippi State in the matchup, giving the Bulldogs a 68.8% chance to win.

Both Leach and Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher are at .500 in the series. The Aggies are 2-2 against MSU under Fisher while the Bulldogs are 1-1 against Texas A&M in Leach’s tenure.

Both teams enter the game 3-1 after September slip-ups but are coming off of wins in Week 4. Saturday’s game is set for 3 p.m. CT/4 p.m. ET, airing on the SEC Network.
