Mills redshirted last year and posted one assisted tackle during the two games he played this year before suffering his injury against the Mountaineers. He mostly played on special teams.
Rated as a 3-star prospect at 247Sports and Rivals in the 2018 recruiting class, Mills elected to play at Missouri instead of BYU, Arizona, Michigan and Virginia.
