Tennessee remained No. 1 in the latest Baseball America poll on Monday despite an emotional week where the Vols snapped their program-record 23-game winning streak, and coach Tony Vitello was suspended for arguing with an umpire.

Still, the Vols remain No. 1 in the Baseball America Top 25 after they won a fifth straight series to open SEC play. Tennessee lost for the first time in more than a month, but claimed a series win against Alabama. The Volunteers have not had a losing weekend this year and have been the top-ranked team in the country for 4 straight weeks.

The rest of the top 5 is Oklahoma State, which leads the Big 12, which checks in at No. 2 in the Top 25 after it won a series at West Virginia. Oregon State, Arkansas and Miami round out the top five. LSU was among the teams that dropped out of the poll after it was swept by Arkansas.

The Vols joined elite company with their 14-1 SEC start, and became just the sixth team all time to achieve that feat. Vanderbilt was the last team to do so in 2013.

Here are the SEC teams ranked:

1. Tennessee
4. Arkansas
18. Georgia
23. Auburn
