Four-star WR OrTre Smith, rated the No. 1 South Carolina prospect by 247Sports Composite, announced his commitment to the Gamecocks. His final four included Clemson, Georgia and North Carolina.
The Charleston, S.C. product decided to combine his birthday party and commitment announcement into one event, which he played a pre-recorded video announcing his selection.
