Ole Miss got some good news on Wednesday afternoon when the Rebels added 2018 S Jonathan Hess to their recruiting class.
Hess, who is listed as an athlete by 247Sports but plays primarily as a safety, announced his decision with the below highlight video:

According to the 247Sports composite, Hess is the No. 77 athlete in the class of 2018 and the No. 37 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
Hess is the eighth member of Ole Miss’s 2018 class, which currently ranks as the No. 11 class in the SEC.
The 6-5, 215-pound defensive back also had offers from Air Force, Yale, Memphis and other schools.
