Ole Miss QB John Rhys Plumlee shows off musical talent at Jackson event

As many Ole Miss fans are aware, John Rhys Plumlee’s talents go beyond the football field and baseball diamond. The Rebels freshman is also a talented pianist.

Mackenzie Salmon of The Clarion-Ledger shared a clip of Plumlee playing Train’s “Drops of Jupiter” at the CSpire Conerly Award” event in Jackson:

Plumlee’s piano playing also came up in an appearance last month on “The Paul Finebaum Show.” The host was quite impressed with Plumlee’s answers to all piano-playing related questions:

Is there anything the freshman can’t do? Ole Miss fans will get to enjoy watching him on the gridiron and baseball field for at least two more years. A two-sport student-athlete doesn’t have much free time, but maybe Plumlee can work some concerts into his busy schedule.
