Sanogo leaves after 5 seasons in the Ole Miss program. Sanogo was a regular contributor, playing in 47 games for the Rebels. Sanogo’s most productive year came in 2018 when he logged 112 tackles over 12 games. Sanogo missed all but 2 games of the 2019 season due to an ankle injury. He returned in 2020, playing in all 10 games and recording 60 total tackles. This season, Sanogo recorded 26 tackles, playing in all 12 games.
Though Sanogo has graduated and played 4 seasons plus a redshirt, he will get a sixth season of eligibility with the NCAA’s COVID waiver for the 2020 season.
