The votes are in, and in ESPN’s coaches poll asking which coach would make the best president, Alabama’s Nick Saban is the winner.
Saban was the top choice among college coaches, beating out Washington State’s fiery coach, Mike Leach:

Saban’s track record of success likely gave him the victory over Leach, who is more of a loose cannon.
Stanford’s David Shaw, Duke’s David Cutcliffe and Clemson’s Dabo Swinney round out the top five.
