Following a highly successful three-year run in Gainesville, Jalen Tabor now has his eyes set on the next challenge at hand – the 2017 NFL Draft. Tabor is expected to be one of the first defensive backs selected in the draft but before he makes his way to the league, he wanted to take the time to thank some of the coaches that helped to get him there.

Former Florida defensive coordinator Geoff Collins, now Temple’s head coach, posted this pic on Twitter Thursday. Tabor sent his former coach a thank you card, and judging by Collins’ response, this is simply typical classy behavior from one of the best players he coached in Gainesville:

Nice to know Tabor displays both the talent and the character to succeed at the next level. Collins will undoubtedly be selling recruits for many years that he coached Tabor in college. If it helps land prospects, Collins may have to be the one sending thank you cards to his former pupil.
