According to a report from The Advocate, LSU running back Leonard Fournette will not play in Saturday night’s game against Jacksonville State.

The big running back sustained an ankle injury in the season-opening loss to Wisconsin. This is the second time in which Fournette’s hurt his ankle in the last few months. During fall camp, he was wearing a walking boot for upwards of a week.

The three-pronged rushing attack of Derrius Guice, Nick Brossette, and Darrel Williams will look to pick up the slack in the backfield for the Tigers.
