The Vanderbilt Commodores have yet to win a game this season, currently sporting an 0-8 record.

And, the team has been hit really hard by COVID-19 and opt-outs this season, making the chances of them finishing their last 2 contests slim.

On Monday, the Commodores got some more bad news, as star DL Dayo Odeyingbo opted out for the rest of the 2020 season:

Odeyingbo was one of the few bright spots for Vanderbilt, having recorded 32 tackles (8.0 for a loss) and 5.5 sacks on the season.

Now, Vanderbilt’s already thin defensive line will be even thinner. Will the Commodores be able to play Tennessee this weekend? We’ll find out over the next few days.
