Return of NCAA video games? Twitter reacts to NCAA’s vote to allow student-athlete benefits

The NCAA has voted to allow student-athletes to benefit off their name, image and likeness, and almost immediately, college football fans’ minds went to one thing — video games.

The popular NCAA Football video game franchise created by EA Sports hasn’t had a game released since 2013, due to student-athletes not being able to benefit from their likeness in the game. But Tuesday’s vote could be a step toward the games returning.
