Scott Frost’s Nebraska Cornhuskers fell to 2-2 on the season with a 23-16 loss to No.3 Oklahoma. The one-score loss to the Sooners might seem like a “moral victory,” but the close call isn’t shielding Frost from social media criticism.

On Twitter, Frost is particularly being hammered for Nebraska’s poor showing on its final possession. Oklahoma punted the ball with roughly a minute left. Nebraska’s final drive went only four plays for 8 yards, including 2 sacks of Huskers QB Adrian Martinez.

Here’s a sample of what’s being said about Frost and the Huskers:

Frost is now 14-22 in his Nebraska tenure. From now until Christmas, the temperature of Frost’s seat will be closely monitored.
