SEC offensive players we are most looking forward to watching in bowls

The holidays are here and bowl season is upon us.
The SEC will be represented in 10 bowl games, which gives us another opportunity to hone in on some of the best players in college football.
Here’s a look at a few SEC players we are most looking forward to watching in the bowl games.
1. Derrick Henry: This may be obvious, but Henry has been explosive all season and he will be tested in the Cotton Bowl against Michigan State. He finished the year with 1,986 yards and 23 touchdowns. It would be shocking if Henry didn’t pass the 2,000 mark, but it won’t be a simple task against a Spartans defense that has been stingy against the run and ranks 26th in the nation in total defense.
2. Dak Prescott: There won’t be another chance to see Prescott in a Bulldogs uniform. He has been electrifying this season. He has a tough matchup in the Belk Bowl against N.C. State, which only gives up 188 yards through the air per game. This should be a fun chess match to witness.
3. Leonard Fournette: We already mentioned the best running back in the nation. But it’s no secret that Fournette is a close second. As the year finished up, Fournette showed that he wasn’t completely unstoppable against some of the better defenses in the nation. He has a great opportunity to bounce back against Texas Tech in the Texas Bowl and ride that momentum into 2016.
4. Laquon Treadwell: If you haven’t had a chance to watch many Ole Miss games, do yourself a favor. Treadwell is a top-ten NFL draft pick and a joy to witness. The Rebels play Oklahoma State in the Sugar Bowl. The Cowboys are 89th in the country against the pass, which heavily favors Treadwell and the Ole Miss offense.
5. Sean White (if he plays): This isn’t the flashy pick like the others. But if White plays against Memphis, it makes this game interesting. White wasn’t great all season, but showed promise at times. If he does well in the Birmingham Bowl, there’s a chance that he could earn the starting position in 2016. But if he plays badly, his future with Auburn will remain uncertain.
