Sporting News releases preseason top 25 for 2019 featuring seven SEC teams

We can now add another list to the growing number of preseason top 25 projections for the 2019 season.

The latest comes from Bill Bender of the Sporting News and features seven Southeastern Conference programs.

No great surprise to see the reigning SEC champion Alabama No. 1 on the list, defending East champion Georgia at No. 3, LSU is listed at No. 7, Florida is in the top 10 at No. 9, Texas A&M knocking at the door of a top 10 ranking at No. 11, Mississippi State is at No. 15 for some unknown reason, while Auburn is at No. 16 after nearly getting Gus Malzahn fired in 2018.
