Sports Illustrated’s latest 2020 NFL mock draft has 16 SEC stars going in Round 1

The 2020 NFL Draft may still be a few months away, but NFL teams are starting to make some updates to their draft boards.

On Wednesday, Sports Illustrated’s Keith Hanson updated his first-round 2020 mock draft, and it included a whopping 16 SEC stars.

As you can see below, Alabama leads the way with 8 first-round picks in this latest mock draft:

  • No. 1 — Joe Burrow, QB, LSU — Cincinnati Bengals
  • No. 2 — Andrew Thomas, OL, Georgia — Washington Redskins
  • No. 4 — Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 5 — Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama — New York Jets
  • No. 10 — Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU — Arizona Cardinals
  • No. 11 — Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama — Detroit Lions
  • No. 12 — Jedrick Wills, OL, Alabama — Los Angeles Chargers
  • No. 15 — Derrick Brown, DL, Auburn — Tennessee Titans
  • No. 16 — Grant Delpit, S, LSU — Philadelphia Eagles
  • No. 17 — Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama — Oakland Raiders
  • No. 20 — CJ Henderson, CB, Florida — Jacksonville Jaguars
  • No. 21 — Javon Kinlaw, DL, South Carolina — Dallas Cowboys
  • No. 22 — Alex Leatherwood, OL, Alabama — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 26 — D’Andre Swift, RB, Georgia — Miami Dolphins
  • No. 29 — Dylan Moses, LB, Alabama — Baltimore Ravens
