Teammate troll: Auburn’s Daren Bates puts Kick Six radio call on blast during Derrick Henry interview

Daren Bates is looking forward to the Iron Bowl, and the former Auburn player is letting his teammates from Alabama know about it. Earlier this week, Bates blared the Auburn fight song during Rashaan Evans’ media session.
Then when RB Derrick Henry took his turn with reporters, Bates held up another large portable speaker and played the radio call of Rod Bramblett narrating the Kick Six game when Auburn won in 2013.
Henry was asked about the troll job and how much trash talk went on this week, and he said every day.
“I love it though,” Henry said. “We’ll see what happens Saturday though, how it plays out.”
Henry said this is all Bates has, as Bates yelled in the background, “War Eagle, baby.”
The Titans are on the road this week as they play the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. That gives them plenty of time to tune in for Saturday’s game on CBS at 3:30 p.m. ET, perhaps from the team hotel.
Here’s video of the trolling from Jim Wyatt of the Titans:
