Texas A&M recently finished up its spring practice session, and now players know where they stand on the depth chart entering the summer.
That means some players are going to be entering the transfer portal, trying to find new schools before the May 1 deadline to be eligible in 2022.
On Wednesday morning, Chris Hummer of 247Sports reported that former 4-star Texas A&M OL Derick Hunter had entered the portal:
Texas A&M offensive lineman Derick Hunter has entered the portal, @247SportsPortal has learned. He was a four-star prospect in the 2019 class and has played in 15 career games.

Hunter has appeared in 18 games during his time with the Aggies, but it appears his stint in College Station is drawing to a close.
Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Hunter was the No. 21 strong-side defensive end in the class of 2019 before switching over to the offensive line.
