Today is all about recruiting, so Tim Tebow figured he’d break down what he’s looking for in a prospect.
The former Florida quarterback joined the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” on National Signing Day to talk about what he’s looking for in a special someone.
“Well obviously someone I’m extremely attracted to, but I think that there has to be more there,” Tebow said. “There has to be depth. Obviously you have to have similar beliefs. You have to have chemistry, character. But there has to be something more than just glitz and glamour.”
Tebow also discussed the Super Bowl, saying he’s rooting for both teams since he played for the Denver Broncos but also played with Cam Newton at Florida. He did eventually say he’d like to see the Broncos win the Lombardi Trophy.
Meanwhile, the 2007 Heisman Trophy winner still hasn’t ruled out a career in the NFL.
“If I have the right opportunity, obviously I love playing the game so much and I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life,” Tebow said.
