Ohio State’s incredible haul of three elite prospects on Monday was a game-changer, but LSU can earn a big win over the Buckeyes this Friday.

All the Tigers have to do is keep the state’s top-ranked prospect home.

Defensive tackle Rashard Lawrence out of Monroe, La., has said that he’ll announce his college choice at a 10:30 a.m. ceremony at his high school of Neville this Friday, his coach Mickey McCarty told The Advocate on Tuesday.

Lawrence, who took his official visit to LSU this past weekend, is rated as the 5th-best DT in the country and 20th overall prospect in the Class of 2016, according to 247Sports.com.

Urban Meyer and Co. got commitments from quarterback Dwayne Haskins (No. 7 pro-style QB), receiver Binjimen Victor (No. 12 receiver) and linebacker Keandre Jones (No. 9 outside linebacker) on Monday to snatch the top-ranked recruiting class for 2016 away from LSU, according to 247Sports.com.

However, the service has said if LSU secures a commitment from Lawrence, it would reclaim the top spot from Ohio State.
