5th-year senior and star Florida Gators defensive back Trey Dean announced Saturday that he would be officially entering the NFL Draft after 5 strong years in Gainesville.

Dean’s final game as a Gator didn’t exactly go as planned, but it’s hard not to recognize what a strong career he has had with the Gators.

Dean posted his farewell on Twitter following the loss.

Dean is fresh off another strong year with the Gators. He totaled 77 tackles, 2 fumble recoveries, .5 sacks and 4 pass deflections this season. Across his career, Dean has 251 total tackles, 5 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries, 4 interceptions and 18 pass deflections.

He is a projected 3-6 round draft pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
