Georgia football commit Richard LeCounte is the second-ranked athlete in the Class of 2017.
However, the five-star prospect out of Riceboro, Ga., is also a phenomenal basketball player at Liberty County High School.
He excels above the rim and beyond the arc as he drilled 10 of 11 shots from downtown in a 3-point contest during a visit to Athens last year. And that was with his backpack on, according to SEC Country.
LeCounte is one of four commitments for the Bulldogs in the Class of 2017, along with a pair of four-star linebackers in Breon Dixon and Jaden Hunter, as well as the school’s flip of three-star guard Justin Shaffer on Monday.
However, his basketball exploits have to catch the eye of Georgia hoops coach Mark Fox. Here’s LeCounte showing off his athleticism on the hardwood yet again, this time at the Ramsey Student Center.
