Video: Mizzou details new plans for south end zone renovations

Mizzou’s football facilities are getting an upgrade. Memorial Stadium’s south end zone will undergo construction that will add seating, a weight room, locker room, team lounge, equipment room and coaches offices.

Also included in the project is something called a virtual reality simulation room, which sounds fascinating, though unnecessary.

The original plan called for using the existing structure and building around it, but now the school will demolish the current south section of the stadium and start from scratch:

That, of course, will lead to additional time and money being poured into the project:

But, when it is all said and done, the new stadium will have more seats for fans:
