If there was any doubt how physically gifted O.J. Howard was heading into the 2017 NFL Draft, the former Alabama tight end can put those thoughts to rest after viewing this video.

Howard makes it look incredibly easy to flip and catch a 55-pound weight. Goodness.

During his four-year career in Tuscaloosa, Howard played a limited role in Alabama’s offense yet still managed to catch 45 passes for 1,726 yards and seven touchdowns. Provided he gets drafted by an NFL team that features the tight end, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the talented prospect average those figures each season he plays in the NFL. He’s got that type of talent, now it’s up to a team to use him.
