South Carolina fans had a rollercoaster of emotions on Saturday before and after the North Carolina game.
One fan even documented how the day unfolded.
On one hand, there was excitement about the dawn of a new college football season and how the Gamecocks had an optimistic outlook for the season. The new “back in black” uniforms add a twist for the program this season, and who doesn’t need cold refreshment?
After the frustrating loss to the Tar Heels, there was a different story to be told. Coach Will Muschamp shouldn’t even make it back to his lake house in the Columbia area.
“He shouldn’t have a place to sit tonight in Columbia,” he said.
It will likely be a long week for this fan and most in the Garnet and Black faithful as they look to turn the page on a forgettable Saturday.
