Coming off his best season yet as an NFL defender, Landon Collins appears to be in midseason form early in Giants training camp.
After starting every game of his NFL career the last two seasons, leading the Giants in tackles both years and setting the franchise record for tackles in a season by a safety (125), offensive players would be wise to steer clear of No. 21 in blue. If Paul Perkins wasn’t aware of that before, the New York running back is well aware of that now.
The former standout Alabama safety showed no restraint for his teammate in a recent practice, as the All-Pro NFL defender completely upends Perkins in the following clip.

The Giants may be wise to rest Collins for the rest of the preseason, judging by that hit, he looks good to go for the upcoming season.
