Former Florida Gators QB and SEC Network analyst Tim Tebow does a segment every week where he highlights one SEC player as a “Freak of the Week” on SEC Nation. With the conclusion of the regular season in the SEC, it is now time to vote for one player as the Freak of the Year. Fans can cast their vote for their favorite “freak” on Twitter.
Tebow’s group of freaks traditionally features players that have put up impressive numbers in the weight room and on the practice field. His list this year featured a number of WRs and RBs and even included one punter.
Tebow will announce his Freak of the Year at a later time, but Marcus Spears highlighted Alabama RB Bo Scarbrough and South Carolina TE Hayden Hurst as two players he likes.
