Who’s making announcements at the Under Armour game?

More than 80 of the nation’s top prospects will play in the Under Armour All-America Game on Jan. 2 at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Fla. The players will convene at the Disney Wide World of Sports complex for practices on Dec. 29-31 in preparation for the game.

The announcement schedule for the Under Armour game is fluid. Some players announce at the game, others do it during practice. Some will be added late and others will back out.

This list of players are those we ANTICIPATE will announce during the week of events and there will be possible updates to this list over the next week.

Oluwole Betiku, DE, 6-4, 235, Gardena, Calif. (four stars, considering USC, Texas A&M, Notre Dame and FSU): The Trojans are clearly the team to beat here. Betiku will not play in the game because of a shoulder injury so he will likely announce during one of the practices if not earlier.

Eric Cuffee, CB, 5-11, 185, Waco, Texas (four stars, considering Texas A&M, Notre Dame, Texas, Oklahoma, TCU and Baylor): The Aggies were considered the favorite for a long time but the Longhorns have been creeping up fast and could pull a shocker on January 2. If Cuffee holds off on making an announcement until signing day that’s a positive for Texas A&M.

Jean Delance, OT, 6-5, 275, Mesquite, Texas (four stars, considering Texas, LSU and Michigan): Michigan and Texas seem to have the edge over LSU here but … check out this sweet artwork!

Michael Divinity, LB, 6-2, 220, Marrero, La. (four stars, considering LSU and Texas A&M): Divinity was committed to the Tigers until last week and, with all the recent issues at Texas A&M, all signs point to him reuniting with LSU.

Keion Joyner, LB, 6-3, 205, Havelock, N.C. (four stars, considering LSU and Florida State): The controversy surrounding Joyner’s departure from his high school program may limit his options with his final decision.

Rahshaun Smith, LB, 6-3, 245, Baltimore, Md. (four stars, considering Clemson, LSU and Auburn): Smith named his top three last week and dropped hometown Maryland in the process. Clemson is the team to watch but IMG teammate Saivion Smith has been pushing LSU hard to Smith over the past few months.

Devwah Whaley, RB, 6-0, 210, Beaumont, Texas (four stars, considering Arkansas, Miami and Texas): The Razorbacks are trending in the right direction for the former Georgia commit. Texas was thought to be the favorite after Whaley decommitted from Georgia, but Miami is on the list because of Whaley’s affinity for Mark Richt. This one is hard to call.
